Recipe: Stone Fruit with Bellwether Ricotta and Miss Bee Haven Peach Orchard Honey

Serves a small crowd


5 Peaches with, pit removed cut into bite size pieces

10 Pluots, pit removed and cut into 1/8 slices

1 Whole Milk Basket Ricotta, remove from basket

Miss Bee Haven Peach Orchard Honey to taste (we like to use a lot!)

1/3 cup of grated or finely chopped pistachios


Place the ricotta in the center of a chilled larger platter, place the stone fruits to surround and encircle

the cheese. Dress the ricotta with honey to taste and top with the pistachios.

Serve at once.
