Pixie Mandarins
Churchill-Brenneis Orchard, Ojai, CA
A unique variety of mandarin, the tough skin of this late season tangerine gives way to a delightfully robust flavor.

Valencia Oranges
Rainbow Valley Orchard, Fallbrook, CA
Valencias are a warm weather late season sweet orange in the same family as the Navel. Thin skinned, juicy and aromatic, with few seeds these make excellent juicing oranges or are great eaten out of hand.

Star Ruby Grapefruit
Eco Farm, Temecula, CA
The Grapefruit is said to be a cross between the Jamaican sweet orange and the Indonesian pomelo, first documented in 1750. Under its thick, red-blushed skin you’ll find an aromatic, ruby red, juicy flesh with a perfect sweet-tart flavor.

Fuji Apple
Cuyama Farm, New Cuyama, CA
Fujis are a cross between Red Delicious and Ralls Janet, an heirloom apple dating back to Thomas Jefferson.  They are one of the sweetest variety apples around making them a household favorite.

Albion Strawberries
Well-Pict, Watsonville, CA
The Albion is a newer variety strawberry developed at UC Davis. The sweet flavor and firm flesh make the Albion an excellent dessert or preserving berry. For longest life please store in the fridge and only wash right before eating.
