Recipe: Lael’s Winter Smoothie


  • 2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 3-4 leaves laticino kale, washed and ribs removed
  • 1.5 tablespoons parsley leaves
  • 1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • splash of orange juice if you want it a little thinner or sweeter
  • 1 tsp fresh ground chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh ground flax seeds (optional)


Place everything in the blender and puree until smooth.
Serve immediately.
