Emerald Beaut Plums

A freestone plum, the Emerald Beaut is a delicate green that turns golden with a hint of a blush. It has a firmer texture than the Santa Rosa with a crisp almost crunchy mouthfeel. One of our most hardy fruit, the Emerald Beaut just gets sweeter and sweeter without losing texture as it ages.

Flavor Fall Pluots

These large, late-season pluots are reddish-purple over tender, yellow flesh that's extremely juicy.

Hosui Asian Pears

Hosui pears that while still crunchy have a more melting mouthful, making the texture combination when eaten out of hand spectacular. Very juicy and sweet with a mild pear taste.

You'll receive some combination of the following varieties:
Ashmead's Kernel is a small apple which has been in cultivation since the 1700's with old-fashioned russeting on the skin. It is has a very crisp mouthfeel with a sweet-tart finish.

Cox's Orange Pippin, an English variety grown since the 1800's is considered by many to be the epitome of a des- sert apple. Complex and rich flavor issues from this small fruit with an orange-red skin and yellow flesh.

Jonagold is an American apple developed in the 1940's in Geneva, NY. It is a cross between a Golden Delicious and a Jonathan. A larger apple with bright white sweet flesh balanced with just the right amount of acidity.
