Recipe: Miriam's Oranges with Tajin
3 medium oranges 1 to 2 tablespoon of Tajin
Remove the top and bottom of the orange with a sharp knife and rest it flat on the cutting board.
Separate the peel from the skin by running your knife from the top and fol- lowing the curves down. Slice the orange into ½ inch pieces. Quarter the slices.
Sprinkle with Tajin and share with your friends!
